Returns Policy

For products that are the wrong size:

  1. You must contact us within 3 days of receiving the product
  2. Returns must be made within 10 days of receiving the product.
  3. Returned products must be unworn with all tags attached.
  4. It is your responsbility to cover all costs, including shipping, associated with the return of the product. We recommend you use tracked delivery as we will not take responsibility for any items lost in transit.
  5. Providing the above conditions are met, you will receive credit equal to the product cost. No shipping costs will be credited.
  6. You can choose to use the credit against another in stock product. We do not guarantee that the same product will be available in other sizes. If you choose a product that has a greater cost than the credit issued, you must pay the difference before the exchange product is shipped to you.

For products that are faulty:

  1. You must contact us within 3 days of receiving the product
  2. Returns must be made within 10 days of receiving the product.
  3. We will refund you for any shipping costs associated with the return of the product.
  4. Providing the above conditions are met, you will receive credit equal to the product and shipping cost.
  5. You can choose to use the credit against another in stock product. We do not guarantee that the same product will be available. If you choose a product that has a greater cost than the credit issued, you must pay the difference before the exchange product is shipped to you.
  6. We will cover shipping costs of the exchange product back to you.
  7. Alternatively, you can choose to have the credited amount refunded into your bank account.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on 'change of mind' purchases, so please choose carefully.

We will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
